Dorothy M Tuma (Ms.)

USA - President/Founder, WCFJC.

Ms. Tuma has an MBA (Marketing & Strategic Planning) from the Anderson School at the University of California , Los Angeles. Always active in community service, Ms. Tuma resigned from a US corporate career to found the Women's Center for Job Creation - her way of leveraging several years of extensive marketing and business management experience to improve the lives of low income women in Africa. Ms. Tuma also serves as a business consultant to entrepreneurs, small and medium sized enterprises.

Sarah Kitakule (Ms.)

Uganda - Vice President, WCFJC.

Ms. Kitakule is one of Uganda 's foremost authorities on entrepreneurship. A successful entrepreneur herself, Ms. Kitakule formerly chaired the Uganda Women Entrepreneur's Association Limited - Uganda 's leading forum for women entrepreneurs. Ms. Kitakule is a World Bank Co-ordinator for Small and Medium sized enterprises and frequently represents Uganda at the regional and international level.

Sarah Ossiya (PhD)

Uganda - Treasurer, WCFJC.

Dr. Ossiya earned her doctorate in Rangeland Ecology and Management Texas A&M University. Dr. Ossiya is an expert on pastoralism and the impact of agriculture on low income communities, with an emphasis on women. She is a significant contributor to the shaping of Uganda's poverty reduction policy. Dr. Ossiya works for Panos Eastern Africa, coordinating a Pastoralist Communication Program across eight African countries and working to strengthen entrepreneurial capacity and trade opportunities for target communities. She also supervises graduate theses at Faculty of Agriculture, Makerere University Kampala and the Department of Development Studies, Mbarara University, Uganda.

Dorothy Sekabira (Ms.)

USA - Secretary, WCFJC.

Ms. Sekabira is an accomplished human resources professional who is always looking for new ways to increase peoples' productivity. Ms. Sekabira is a strong supporter of community development projects both domestically in the US and abroad. She currently works for Microsoft Corporation, USA.

Afuwa Ngobi (Mrs.)

Uganda - Director, WCFJC.

Mrs. Ngobi the Chief Woman Mobilizer attached to the Office of the Jinja District Woman Member of Parliament. Involved in the launch and growth of numerous community groups in her district, Mrs. Ngobi chairs Butagaya Women's Umbrella Association and Source of the Nile Integrated Women's Association. She is also a certified Adult Literacy Trainer. An influential voice within her community, Mrs. Ngobi is a strong player on the WCFJC Board of Directors.

Anita Kaduma (Mrs.)

Uganda - Director, WCFJC.

Mrs. Kaduma has been involved in Uganda 's craft industry for over twenty years. She is an entrepreneur, who currently supervises over 200 women in the creation of crafts that are exported all over the world. Mrs. Kaduma is a vocal and influential voice in her local community
