  The nursery school is the only nursery school serving a rural population of approximately 10,000. The school's capacity however is limited by the size of the building the school currently occupies.
  
  Annual revenue
  Just under US$ 400. All revenue is used to meet school expenses and pay an allowance to school staff.
  
  Support
  The group seeks support for the purchase of land and the construction of a proper school building. This development will increase the school's capacity, enable the school to charge slightly higher fees and provide a venue (classrooms) that will be rented for additional income generation when the school is not in session.
  
  Projected Increase in Annual Revenue
  Annual revenue should increase to US$ 3,600. Gains in revenue will be used for:
  • Payment to WCFJC for value-adding resources
  • Payment of school staff salaries - current staff earns small allowance
  • Expand school staff - in other words, create jobs
  • Launch of other income-generating initiatives e.g. tailoring project
